“Bid $” on won rows is the awarded contract value from the job record. Invoiced/paid columns come later from QuickBooks (read-only). Customer prefixes were auto-parsed from filenames — correct any in the table source if needed.
Volume trends cover all 64 bids. Value trends cover the 11 bids confirmed won (matched to an active job). A bid is “won” when its project matches a job in the pipeline — typically when a customer PO arrives.
